President Bush decides it's high time Cheney got a softer, friendlier
image. He decides to start by winning over the animal-lovers.
"Go down to the National Zoo and see how their new baby panda is doing",
he says.
So Cheney goes down to the zoo. The next day he wanders into the President's
office."
"Well, how was the panda?"
"Delicious!"
